A solid batting performance by Peter Heidegger (50), Peter Lees (31) and Chris Williamson (30) and contributions from Isaac Melemel (28 N/o) saw us post a respectable total of 234. Following the good batting performance. Jacques and Jaskaran put the ARL batsmen under good pressure restricting their scoring to below 1 run per over for the first 10 overs.

Decisions for LBW and caught behind were hard to come by, but the accurate bowling paid off with all 8 the wickets taken on the day being bowled. The wickets were shared between all the bowlers with J.Visser (2/40 off 15) I. Melamel (2/21) and F. Shamsi (2/23) all bagging a couple. Overall a great performance from a side which is showing signs of developing into a good all round batting and bowling outfit.
