What goes into a Presentation Day
Just think about this one. Our Junior Presentation Day was a fantastic success but what goes on behind the scenes is amazing. Here goes:
• Approx 200 trophies were ready 1 week after the Finals and only 2 weeks after the Final Round
• Over 30 volunteers pulled the day together with tents, jumping castles, food ‘halls’ and bowling speed guns
• In the food stakes:
• 15 kilo’s of chicken
• 10 kilo’s of onions
• 300 sausages
• 150 steaks
• 520 cans of soft drink
• 30 loaves of bread
• 2 large containers of McDonalds cordial holders
• 6 BBQ’s with ‘chefs’
• 8 servers

All up, it is pretty much like a loaves and fishes job.
